* New upstream release
  - Fix an error in GSUB rules found in 0.4.6.
  - Thoroughly refine splines for Garuda, Loma and TlwgTypist, for better
    (Postscript) hinting.
  - Add fontconfig spec, taken from Debian package.
* debian/fontconfig/*: Drop, integrated upstream.
* New package: otf-thai-tlwg
  + debian/control: package metadata
  + debian/rules:
    - add --enable-otf and --with-otfdir configure options
    - borrow fontconfig spec from ttf-thai-tlwg
  + debian/otf-thai-tlwg.{docs,install,links}:
    - add installation lists
  + debian/otf-thai-tlwg.defoma-hints:
    - copy defoma hints from ttf-thai-tlwg
    - use fake "opentype" category, until it's officially supported
      (see #422763)
