* Merge from Debian unstable.
* Remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - Build a python debug package.
  - Bump debhelper compatibility to v5.
  - acincludes.m4: Use python-config --includes
    + As a side effect, re-run configure instead of relying on the Ubuntu
      patch for it.
  - Set Ubuntu maintainer address.
* Ubuntu changes dropped:
  - debian/rules: Separate configure, build and install targets.
  - python-cairo: Depend on python-numeric.
