* New upstream release (bug fixes and minor enhancements)
* Updated upstream provided /debian files
  - Replaced upstream changelog with Ubuntu changelog
  - Replaced upstream debian/copyright with Ubuntu debian/copyright
  - Changed Maintainer to MOTU
  - Adjusted libspf2 conflicts for Ubuntu versions
  - Adjust Perl dependency to quiet linda
* Upstream /debian changes
  - Changed install-stamp to not create a packlist (no current effect)
  - Depends: ${misc:Depends} (no current effect)
* Modify Build.PL to only require Module::Build 0.26 so it's buildable in
  Ubuntu
  - Higher version requirements aren't relevant to Debian packaged version.
