Modified appearance.glade (via 95 patch) to make radio-button, image
and label clickable for each effect-level in the "Visual Effects"
tab. Needed to comply with the rest of GNOME. In addition this
modification also fixes (LP: #145020) and (LP: #145059) (LP: #147656)

    - Made theme sorting case-insensitive (#481224)
    - Fixed crash when failing filename conversion to UTF-8
    - Don't ignore xcursor settings when updating or copying theme info
      to/from GConf (#485709) (LP: #150475)
  - Common:
    - Fixed invalid use after free
    - Fix typo to correctly substitute XCursor CFLAGS
    - Default to using XF86* keysyms for the audio related keybindings
      (#485076)
    - Query and monitor the xcursor icon dir for cursor themes too (#469882)
  - Translations updated.
