* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
* debian/distcc.init.d:
  - Use lsb init-functions to handle displaying of start/stop text.
* Add lsb-base dependancy to the distcc package.
* Modified Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
