* Add watch file.

* New patch, 003_fix-libdir, to fix the hardcoded libdir in
  libmergeant/handlers/plugins/Makefile.am; closes: #392408.
* Add CDBS' utils.
* Bump up Standards-Version to 3.7.2.
* Bump up Debhelper compatibility level to 5.
* Build-depend on libxml-parser-perl instead of intltool.
* Fix manual dh_install invocation to pass --sourcedir.
* Install XPM file manually instead of via dh_install.
