  - Fixed a couple of warning when building on 64 bit alpha
* debian/patches/01_64bit-clean.patch,
  debian/patches/01_dont_free_parser_while_parsing.patch,
  debian/patches/01_escape_xml_entities.patch:
  - dropped, included upstream.
* debian/patches/02-workaround-for-LM-59.patch:
  - dropped, fixed differently, doesn't apply anymore.
