* Initial debianization of the package
* Created repackaged .orig.tar.gz because upstream tarball did not contain
  actual copies of the relevant licenses in /LICENSE
  - Added /LICENSE, /LICENSE.gpl, and /LICENSE.artistic
  - Updated MANIFEST to include additional files
* /debian/control
  - Changed maintainer (for Ubuntu) to ubuntu-motu@lists.ubuntu.com
* /debian/copyright
  - Rewrote to better comply with Debian requirements.
* /debian/README.Debian-source
  - Created to detailed information how the repackaged source was obtained and
    how changes can be reproduced.
* /debian/changelog
  - Removed non-debian change entries from upstream
* Created /debian/docs
* /debian/rules
 - Removed unused rules
 - Changed dhdocs to use /debian/docs
