Comment 12 for bug 1863108

Well I said it was known to be flaky (which is true) but I also found it actually was even elevated to a force-badtest as it didn't work the last 2-1/3 years.

It was (last time we did a postgres SRU into xenial) at:
brian-murray:8:force-badtest libreoffice/1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial6/i386 libreoffice/1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial7/i386

It was bumped later and now is
brian-murray:8:force-badtest libreoffice/1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial7/i386 libreoffice/1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial9/i386

But now the version in xenial is at:
1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial10

We need to bump the override accordingly.
