  - Change section to Apps/System.
  - Add hints and longtitle.
* debian/rules:
  - Use gcc 4.0 on all architectures.
  - Let dh_strip handle DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip.
* debian/rules-rince: Remove cruft.
