* Add initramfs-tools integration based on scripts originally by tbm:
  - Include ixp ethernet modules in initramfs if they're available.
  - Add hook script to handle the root=/dev/ram mess with the slug
    bootloader.
* Split slugimage out into its own arch indep package since it can be used
  on other architectures.
* Build-depend on debhelper 5.0.30, which is needed to support building this
  package on !arm !armeb architectures.
* Remove postinst code to create obsolete /dev/leds file.
* Add call to update-initramfs in postinst.
* Add nslu2-flashkernel.
* Add NEWS.Debian file documenting upgrade process from d-i beta2 installs.
