* Replaced icons with latest svn ones
* Using directive Provides in debian/control instead of building a
  metapackage
* Removed /usr/share/autostart usage (closing Malone 39703)
* Added kubuntu_08_clean_desktop_file to polish the desktop file a bit,
  adding french Comment and GenericName
