* SECURITY UPDATE: Fix arbitrary code execution with specially crafted
  regexps.
* pcre.c: Apply upstream patch to more rigorously check for invalid regular
  expressions, which cause overflows.
* testdata/test{input,output}2: Test case for the vulnerability.
