  - Updated Build-Depends to debhelper v4.
  - Fixed short Description to comply with Developers Reference advice.
* debian/copyright:
  - Removed rests of dh_make in upstream's names.
  - Converted to UTF-8.
* debian/rules:
  - Cleaned old comments.
  - Uncommented dh_compress. That was giving lintian errors due to the
    changelog not being compressed.
  - Removed DH_COMPAT.
