* New upstream version, fixes:
  - Not able to see existing mails after configuring exchange account
  - Cryptic Error message when a saving contact without permission
  - Error message is wrong for 'Expunge' operation in offline
  - Exchange connector crashed on creating appointment in subscribed calendar
  - Filter rules flag new messages as "read" when moving from IMAP inbox
