    - Fix Xv video corruption by passing base offset into
      RADEONDisplayVideo() explicitly (fdo #17254, LP: #267297)
    - Fix sync-to-vblank hangs after mode switch with DRM vblank-rework.
    - pll adjustments
    - Add quirk to fix macbook hardware (fdo #17625)
  * Drop 103_rotation_reset.patch - already upstream
