    - 06-add_LC_MESSAGES_parsing.patch updated: workaround "bug" in
      python's locale.getdefaultlocale(), putting LC_CTYPE at a higher
      priority than LC_MESSAGES (well, not considering it at all)
      (really closes: #514553)
