It definitely stutters on Krillin, rc-proposed, r356, especially when the scope views are not launched/cached yet.

I also get consistently bad framerate on scopes such as the Music scope (I have no music in the phone, so it's showing "New albums from 7Digital" and "Popular tracks on Soundcloud", although that is more of a rendering performance issue
