Comment 2 for bug 1168409

The issue has been fixed in
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity-control-center/14.04.2-0ubuntu1

The minimal size is 16 though since under that the launcher has bugs (e.g the emblems don't scale down as they should)
