when i enable ufw it gives a message that it is loaded,but on rebooting the status is given as "not loaded".
running
$ lsmod|grep ipv6 gives
 ipv6 267780 18
and
$ cat /etc/ufw/ufw.conf
# /etc/ufw/ufw.conf
#

# set to yes to start on boot
ENABLED=yes
$ ufw version
ufw 0.16.2
Copyright (C) 2008 Canonical Ltd.

please advise
