Comment 17 for bug 316215

Based on my (new and very basic) understanding of access control in HAL, the two patches above should cause the active session to have access to the device node for a connected G1 phone.

It didn't work when I tested it, though. access_control.file was set to the correct device node path, but its permissions remained root/root.
