  * instead of dropping the lightdm job dependency on the container and
    relying on the runlevel, lets do the opposite and drop runlevel support
    and depend on the container (shoves off 2 more seconds from the startup
    and is more accurate wrt container being up)
  * https://code.launchpad.net/~saviq/unity8/raise-sigstop/+merge/191212 has
    long landed, drop the 2 second sleep we added to work around the issue
    until the sigstop is supported by unity8
