Reproduced. The proximate cause is:
Err cdrom://Ubuntu 11.04 _Natty Narwhal_ - Alpha i386 (20110302)/ natty/main oem-config-gtk all 2.5.22
File not found
... but I haven't tracked down why this is yet.
