Lubuntu Bionic Desktop Daily 20180324 gets a bit farther.

Partitioning works (i.e. no pvs errors).

After this it crashes with various problems in the log.

- Note: may be a red herring as /target/var does exist

- Note: no pyversions command installed in the live os, or in the chroot
- I tried to sudo apt-get install python-minimal in the live os but this didn't make a difference
