The black usplash screen problem with any {k}{x}ubuntu for AMD64 is bug #147623. This bug has enough information, unless you know something that has not been said in this bug report. However, you can contribute by testing new releases when this bug will be fixed. From now on, the bug is on the hand of the developers. Perhaps that it would be a good idea to speak directly to ubuntu developers about this. Thanks for your contribution.
