Has be going on since the sso plugin was enabled, affects the launcher icon, desktop icon if getting a live session with nautilus handling the desktop, & running ubiquity from cli or alt+f2
Note that ubiquity does start, it's just that no window ever appears
If ubiquity is started as root then the installer opens fine
If --no-sso is added to the .desktop Exec= then ubiquity opens fine.
