libticalcs2 (1.1.3-0ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low

  * New upstream version (LP: #181358).
  * debian/control:
    - Bump build-depend on libticables2-dev to 1.2.0.
    - Bump build-depends on libtifiles2-dev and libticonv-dev to 1.1.0.
    - Build-depend on tfdocgen and doc-base.
    - Use ${binary:Version} rather than ${Source-Version} to make
      lintian happy.
    - Add Homepage.
    - Update Standards-Version to 3.8.2.
  * SO name change 2 -> 7:
    - libticalcs2-7 conflicts/replaces libticalcs2-2 - they share common
      files.
  * Deleted debian/libticalcs2-7.dirs - it's not needed.
  * debian/libticalcs2-dev.docs: Install the documentation.
  * debian/libticalcs2-dev.doc-base: Install documentation with doc-base.
  * debian/rules:
    - Fix lintian warning.
    - Don't be too eager when cleaning docs/html. The old rule deleted
      too many files during the clean target, leading to a FTBFS.
