 (a) Gmail's term of "Label"(==Mail folder name/structure in Gmail IMAP)
 (b) Tb's term of "tag", which Gmail never uses, which is called "flag"
     or "keyword" in protcol definition of IMAP
 (c) Tb's term of "label" used before Thunderbird 2.0, which is called "tag"
     by Th 2.0 or after.
