Comment 4 for bug 990725

The workaround for now is simply to open the camera or memory card in Nautilus, and drag the videos from the directory where they live into Shotwell. Obviously that's not ideal, and I'd like to do better for Shotwell 0.13:

In theory we could add a settings toggle, though it would be better if we could just do the right thing automatically. We'll investigate more.
