We do traverse all subdirectories inside a 'well-known' directory, so anything saved inside /PRIVATE/AVCHD should have been found. As for filtering, we don't, to my knowledge, leave out any video formats.

Is this happening when you connect the camera directly? Do you see the same behaviour if you mount the card in question as removeable mass storage?
