In Feisty my experience is the same. If I select to go into the form wizard after the table wizard finishes, I cannot finish the form wizard with the default JRE, and the Sun JRE's do not start the form wizard at all even though it was selected.
I think with the number of me too's this defect is well and truly confirmed.
