i think this bug does still affect me on natty, but i cannot test it right now since there are no compatible nvidia drivers since the x-server ABI bump.

for the time being i avoided the issue using nvidia-173 installed via apt-get – but i would appreciate it if jockey was able to install nvidia-current. nvidia-current can be installed from the command line, but will only work for the builtin screen. if i attach an external monitor one of the two will always be black when using twinview …
