Comment 58 for bug 908380

Sorry a misunderstanding then. When I posted in #49 I was referring earlier to the kernel not returning correct information about the hardware - then you referenced some patches and I assumed you meant they were a workaround (hence the comment about not having to git bisect). Ill debug it in the kernel then. The patches did seem somewhat unrelated (wpa ad-hoc stuff).
