* d/p/EGL-Include-EGL-eglmesaext.h.patch: Cherry pick from master. This
fixes the generated EGL includes for the move of exlext.h from mesa to
libglvnd, which has just happened in Debian.

Mutter is a Wayland display server and X11 window manager and
compositor library. It contains functionality related to, among other
things, window management, window compositing, focus tracking, workspace
management, keybindings and monitor configuration.
