    - Run build tests, but don't fail the build for test failure on s390x

    - Build-depend on xauth and xfvb for build tests
    - Depend on gnome-settings-daemon (LP: #1561706)
  * Add debian/patches/skip-failing-tests.patch:
    - Don't run a few tests that have been reported as failing
