  * mpfr 4.0.1 release.
  * Build again the pdf documentation. Closes: #889711, #889631.
  * Remove obsolete README.Debian. Closes: #889723.
  * Add breaks against cgal, flint, giac, normaliz and sagemath versions
    built against libmpfr4. Closes: #888422.

libmpfr6: multiple precision floating-point computation

 MPFR provides a library for multiple-precision floating-point computation
 with correct rounding. The computation is both efficient and has a
 well-defined semantics. It copies the good ideas from the
 ANSI/IEEE-754 standard for double-precision floating-point arithmetic
 (53-bit mantissa).
