Comment 4 for bug 1544477

Thanks Pat McGowan (pat-mcgowan), other sounds (incoming call, music player, youtube on browser, notification from telegram, gmail etc.) were playing fine except the incoming SMS notification. Then I restarted the device and now sound notification for incoming SMS works again!
But I found something a bit abnormal. During these sound alerts (I tried SMS and Telegram for now), a very mild crackling noise is heard for a second (or a fraction of a second) before and after the actual alert tune. Something like Bug #1479758 . I don't remember hearing this noise previously.
