  * Team upload.
  * Rebuild after Debian 11 release.
  * Refresh packaging:
    + Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.0.

  * debian/rules: Remove dbgsym transition code.
  * debian/control: Do not include ${shlibs:Depends} in libm17n-dev
    dependency field.
