Comment 40 for bug 846878

This bug is so annoying that I moved from lubuntu to xubuntu. :-(

I've used lubuntu on my netbook that I suspend once or twice a day so this happens quite often for me.

I've tried to fix the problem bei restarting xfce-power-manager but that just reduced the empty space in the panel but it did not disapear completely. I'm not sure what other applet causes this problem.
