It works with Linus' kernel, patches which introduced problem in Fedora:

Kernel Samepage Merging (KSM).
 linux-2.6-ksm.patch
 linux-2.6-ksm-updates.patch

Quite serious bug, probably all encrypted system are not bootable now.
