Yes, the problem is still there with linux 2.6.30-rc8. With udev-141-1.1, I get a similar udevadm output as Christian Mallwitz. With version 141-1, udevadm lists only the events with SUBSYSTEM=block and omits those with SUBSYSTEM=scsi.
