Comment 31 for bug 337019

If there is still anybody left with the 177 nvidia driver, it would be good if those (or even those willing to get back to the older version) could try to enable my PPA https://launchpad.net/~stefan-bader-canonical/+archive/ppa to verify this series of kernel packages. I'd rather get with that and avoid to cause grieve with such a kernel-driver dependency in updates.
