 Ubuntu 18.04.4 with Kernel 5.3.0-40-generic, running on QEMU, takes more than 1:30 minutes to boot, it stops here for a while:

 I'm using the following image to build my QEMU VMs:

http://uec-images.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04/release/ubuntu-18.04-server-cloudimg-amd64.img
