Comment 2 for bug 927526

Issue finally fixed by setting rc_core as a module.

As as summary, the following flags shall be enabled:
LIRC_STAGING=y
IR_MCEUSB=m (and the others IR modules at the same level)
RC_CORE=m (=> LIRC=m)
