Hmm. It looks like -6 is off the mirrors now.

However, http://mirror.cs.umn.edu/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-source-2.6.17/ has
-7. If you can reproduce it with that, it would point to -7 as having the NFS patch that caused the regression.
