matt@case:/var/log$ uname -rv
2.6.17-10-server #1 SMP Fri Dec 8 00:18:03 UTC 2006
Case no longer mounts NFS at boot (this was flaky to begin with and is addressed by another bug). Anyway, if you go to Case and do a:
sudo mount -a
The mount process hangs. The machine is still responsive, but nothing useful happens, and no useful error messages are printed.
I reboot, so as to not have concurrent mount processes running and try to mount /usr/local, I get a " BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address 5f637072" message. (Attached complete output).
These kernels just made it worse.
yt is the server, case is the client.
