Comment 25 for bug 981289

I also have this problem, and know how to recreate it under 12.04 + Gnome Classic.

The bottom taskbar colours are wrong, but if you repeatedly minimise / restore a window, they eventually sort themselves out.

But on the next click, the colours go wrong again.
