1.4.14 has just been released with a few more bug fixes, could we get that one?

Version 1.4.14 (Stable)

* Fixes SQL join when matching item metadata
  in a search folder.
* Added workaround for negative search folder
  unread count values.
* Fixes Debian #469245: hanging on cache migration
  from 1.0 when copying deprecated named pipe
  "new_subscription" (reported by Oliver Berger).

I believe the last one is important for Dapper->Hardy upgrades, so that the
migration path for ~/.liferea -> ~/.liferea_1.4 works fine.
