  * Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Add Build-Depends on libibverbs-dev to enable RDMA support.
      LP #2006557.
    - Have -dev package depend on libibverbs-dev per pkgconfig
    - Don't require ibverbs on i386
