  [ Changwoo Ryu ]
  * New upstream version from git
    - debian/control: Remove intltool Build-Depends.
  * debian/{control,copyright,watch}: Update the upstream URI
  * debian/control: Bump debhelper-compat to 13
  * debian/not-installed: New file to fix dh_missing failure
  * debian/libhangul-data.lintian-overrides: Added to avoid false negative
    lintian notices.
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.5.1, no changes needed.
  * Drop unnessary dependency on dh-autoreconf.
  * Remove constraints unnecessary since buster (oldstable):
    - Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on check (>= 0.9.8).
